The LapTrainer with SimuVision with APDS Basic Laparoscopic Skill Set is a training package that includes a highly portable, innovative laparoscopic video trainer. SimuVision® technology allows instructors or learners to perform life-like simulated laparoscopic surgery.

Along with the trainer and simulated laparoscope, the package includes an APDS Basic Laparoscopic Skills Module focuses on basic hand-eye coordination, fulcrum effect, depth perception, hand coordination, and needle manipulation.

Skill sets can be set up with the LapTrainer with SimuVision, or any free-standing video trainer or box trainer.
Skill sets are set up for self-study and self-scoring or proctored environment.
Rotation amongst five skill stations can be performed in any order to build skills and gain confidence.
